Who is Salava Fine Art?
We are Jan & Rochelle, a husband and wife team of two photographers. We have been photographing together since 2012.
Can I frame my artwork?
Yes, we offer several hand-crafted framing options. If you prefer a different colour or style to our classic black or white frames, we can assist you in choosing a style or colour to complement your artwork and decor.
Contact us with any specific requests. Additional fees may apply.
Do you sell unframed matted prints?
We recommend that all images be mounted by experienced professionals. Always handle your matted fine art photograph with white cotton gloves.
Please know that if your fine art print is damaged from handling or during the framing process, Salava Fine Art is not liable for the damage or replacement costs.
Be sure to use a reputable and insured custom framer to frame your fine art photograph.
Do you sell poster prints?
No.
Can you organise wall art instalation for me?
Yes. We can recommend our trusted and insured wall art installation specialist in the Sydney area.
Are import tax or customs fees included in the price if I live outside Australia?
No. For international shipments, it's important to note that we don't directly manage customs clearance nor do we have control over it. Any duty, tax, or customs-related fees imposed by the destination country's customs are the responsibility of the receiver.
These charges must be settled in full before the parcel can be released for delivery. Please understand that these costs are unpredictable and beyond our knowledge or estimation.
For more accurate information, we recommend contacting the local authority in your respective country.
To further clarify, these charges are the responsibility of international collector and are not covered by Salava Fine Art under any circumstances.
Can I cancel my order or return my wall art?
No. Orders are custom-made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
What do I do if my order is received damaged?
Your artwork is professional packed and shipped.
In the rare occasion your order may have been damaged during transit, please contact us at info@salavafineart.com within 14 days of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email.
1. Full name, postal address and order details.
2. A photo(s) of the damaged product.
3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box.
Please be aware that once the artwork has been transported from the original delivery destination, insurance coverage is no longer applicable.
