Who is Salava Fine Art?
We are a wall art store for anyone who values quality and our photography.
What is a limited edition?
Limited edition means that there will only ever be a pre-determined number of prints printed of each photograph. There will never be another reprint of that photograph once the edition sell out.
What is an artist proof?
An artist proof is small number of photographs printed first to ensure the quality of the final edition print. With each print release, only 1 artist proof is made available by Salava Fine Art. Contact us if you would like to purchase one of our artist proofs.
What paper do you print on?
Canon HD Fine Art Paper - Pure Alpha Cellulose.
What printer do you use?
Our fine art prints are printed on Canon DreamLabo 5000.
Are the artworks signed?
Our artworks are accompanied by a hand signed certificate of authenticity by the artist - either Jan or Rochelle.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Are customised frames available for my wall art?
Yes, we offer several framing options. If you would like a frame other than our premium black, white or Scandinavian oak frames contact us and we will assist you in choosing the perfect frame to compliment your artwork and decor. Additional fees may apply.
Do you sell unframed artwork?
We recommend that all photographs be handled by experienced professionals. Always handle your matted fine art print with the cotton gloves we will provide.
Please know that if your Salava Fine Art edition is damaged from handling or during the framing process, Salava Fine Art is not liable for the damage or replacement costs. Be sure to use a reputable and insured framer.
Do you sell poster prints or rolled prints?
We do not.
Do you offer wall art installation?
Yes. We can arrange for you professional wall art installation by our trusted and insured wall art installation specialist in the Sydney area.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
No.
How do I calculate import tax and custom charges?
For international shipments, it's important to note that we don't directly manage customs clearance nor do we have control over it. Any duty, tax, or customs-related fees imposed by the destination country's customs are the responsibility of the receiver.
These charges must be settled in full before the parcel can be released for delivery. Please understand that these costs are unpredictable and beyond our knowledge or estimation.
For more accurate information, we recommend contacting the local authority in your respective country.
To further clarify, these charges are the responsibility of international collector and are not covered by Salava Fine Art under any circumstances.
Can I cancel or return my limited edition artwork?
No. All works are custom orders.
Limited edition orders are custom-made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
What do I do if my order is received damaged?
Your artwork is professional packed and shipped by Pack & Send.
Pack & Send offers a transit warranty, providing extra peace of mind by covering any loss or damage during transit.
In the rare occasion your order may have been damaged during transit, please contact us at info@salavafineart.com within 14 days of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email.
1. Full name, postal address and order details.
2. A photo(s) of the damaged product.
3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box.
Please be aware that once the artwork has been transported from the original delivery destination, insurance coverage is no longer applicable.

Do you use AI when creating your photographs?
No absolutely not. We edit our original photographs created in camera.

We are based in Sydney, NSW Australia.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We currently operate exclusively online. Our artwork is available to browse anytime conveniently from wherever you are.
